Erin has worked in the DC youth development sector for five years as an Instructor, site management, and operations. Her work with DC students inspired her to pursue her M.Ed. in Education Policy and Leadership where she focused on 21st Century Community Learning Centers and after-school effectiveness in hopes of helping build a better education system for DC youth. She has a strong track record of utilizing critical thinking to streamline operations, generate efficiencies, and raise funds to best serve youth and their families. Erin is passionate about supporting students’ social-emotional health and physical needs as a pathway to academic success.
