With nearly 20 years of experience inspiring youth across Virginia, Arizona, and Washington, DC, Andria deeply believes in the strength, creativity, and leadership potential of young people. She has built her career on creating spaces where they can thrive. Previously, Andria served as Kid Power’s Program Director for seven years, working closely with youth and families. These experiences deepened her understanding of their challenges and reinforced her commitment to youth-centered, asset-based approaches that honor their voices and lived experiences.

Since 2012, Andria has led Kid Power’s transformation, driving growth and long-term stability. Under her leadership, Kid Power has expanded to serve 50% more youth, grown revenue by 60%, and forged strong new partnerships. As Vice Chair of the DC Alliance of Youth Advocates, she also helps shape policies that support young people across the city.
